Chest circumference:
To measure your chest circumference correctly, please measure the fullest part of your chest. The height of your nipples is a good guide.
Waist circumference:
You can determine your waist circumference by placing the tape measure at the narrowest part of your waist.
Hip circumference:
Please measure the fullest part of your buttocks to determine the correct hip circumference.
Outside leg length:
The outer leg length is the measurement you need to determine your trouser leg length. To determine the correct leg length, please measure the area from your hip to the sole of your foot with your leg stretched out. A little tip: women who are around 165-172cm tall usually have a trouser length of 32. Over 172cm you have a size 34 and under 165cm you have a size 30.
Inside leg length:
The inner leg length is the measurement you need to determine your trouser leg length. To do this, measure the inside of the leg from the crotch to the sole of the foot with the leg stretched out.
Under bust circumference:
To measure your underbust circumference, please place your tape measure below your bust.
Height:
To determine your correct height, stand up straight and measure the distance from the top of your head to the sole of your foot. To make sure you are standing straight, it is best to stand against the wall and use a book to help you, which you place upside down. This will ensure that you really measure your height when you put the tape measure on.
Head circumference:
To measure your head circumference, place the measuring tape around your forehead at temple height.
