A consumer user has the right to withdraw from the contract within thirty (30) days of receiving the order without providing a reason. A sample withdrawal form is attached to these Terms and Conditions.

Returned goods must be returned within 14 days of submitting the declaration of withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is the user's responsibility. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the declaration, provided that we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or the user provides proof of sending them back.

If the returned goods show signs of use beyond the necessary inspection of their features and functionality (e.g., worn clothing, torn labels, stains), the user is responsible for any diminished value of the goods. Please be advised that both the packaging of shipments and the verification of returned goods are monitored, and the monitoring records are retained for evidentiary purposes.
