IV. RETURN PROCESS

Pack the Item: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is free of charge when you use the return label included with your parcel.

Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

Condition of Items: Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet these conditions.
V. EXCEPTIONS
The right to withdraw does not apply to certain items, such as:
